We were lucky enough to enjoy a fairly normal Thanksgiving dinner...kind of.
Israeli style
Mashed potatoes were brown sugared sweet potatoes, appetizers were latino, chinese and israeli inspired (I think?...), vegetables were eggplant and green beans, salads were tomatoes and cucumbers or green apple fruit salad, and of course...there was bread and humus.
But, a huge thank you to Arlene, the founder of this event, in memory of her late husband. Such a wonderful thing it was.
And then there was a dance party. WHAT?!?!?!
Yeah.
Newest decor: corn soup, tacos, turkey and humus, and a large center piece between me and my friend.
